Ordering clothes online is not the same as trying clothes on in a store and therefore we understand that there may be a need to return your Progress items. 

We want to ensure that you have every confidence in ordering from us and we have a comprehensive and fair returns policy.

Our returns policy lasts 14 days from the date of order. If you wish to return your goods for exchange or refund, please ensure that you inform us within this period.

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for another size, please print off and complete our exchange form, and enclose it inside your return.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item(s), but in most cases, we are happy to absorb the cost of sending replacements back out. 

All returned items must be neatly presented and unworn/unwashed. Exchanges will be refused if an item is damaged or has been worn. 

If there is a problem with your return then we will contact you via phone or email.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will ship out your exchange as quickly as possible.

 

Refunds

If you would like a refund, please print off and complete our returns form, and enclose it inside your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Any refunds will have the cost of shipping deducted.

All returned items must be neatly presented and unworn/unwashed. Refunds will be refused if an item is damaged or has been worn. 

If there is a problem with your return then we will contact you via phone or email.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification within 10 business days stating that your refund has been processed.

Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method and can take several days to show in your account. 

 

Partial refunds

There are certain situations where a partial refund may be granted, such as: 

  • Any item not in its original condition
  • Any item which has become damaged or defective for reasons not due to our error. 
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Should this be the case, we will contact you by email to inform you.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For returns of any damaged or defective items, we only refund up to the value it costs us to send an item in line with Royal Mail 1st Class or International Standard Mail pricing.

Please ensure you obtain a 'Proof of Postage' from your postal service or we cannot ensure completion of your return should the package go missing.
